Oriental Fried BeeHoon

Hello readers,

Hope all well with you..

After a while, let me try to share one of our favourite menu for breakfast - Oriental Fried BeeHoon (corn vermicelli)

The dishes is quite famous among indonesian who eats a lot of stir fry and deep fried food. Generous in calorie yet breath taking in taste :) ..

We can discuss about our habbit, yet.. the recipe is as follow :

Oriental Fried BeeHoon

1 pack corn vermicelli (using Bihun Jagung merk Paten)
4 cloves of garlic - bruised and roughly chopped
50 gr of chicken breast - cubed
10 meatballs - sliced
2 egss - beaten
2 strings of leek - sliced
50 gr caisim (chinese cabbage)- sliced
50 gr cabbage - sliced
2 table spoon of oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tbs castor sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbs of cooking oil
1 tbs margarine
1 tsp sesame oil
6 tbs sweet soy sauce

How to make :

1. Boiled 1 lt of water - add a pinch of sugar and cooking oil
2. Put beehoon and cook for 2 minutes
3. Rinse with water, dried and add 6 tbs of sweet soy sauce - set aside
4. Heat 3 tbs of cooking oil, add margarine
5. Stir fry garlic until brown and give some aroma. Add chicken cubes and meat ball.. Keep stirring, then add eggs - scramble the whole things. Add salt, pepper, oyster sauce and sugar - last but not least, add all vegetables.
6. Keep stirring until you can smeel the caramelized aroma.
7. Pour the beehoon and mixed well with veggies and proteins.. Keep stirring smoothly until all well seasoned.
8. Add sesame oil - turn off the heat.
